proposals, the International Furnishing Fabric and Curtain Fair, will be held at Villa Erba from Thursday 2 to Saturday 4 May, with an extraordinary showcase for the best international companies in furnishing textiles, curtains, wall coverings and trimmings.
The slogan of the communication campaign for 2024, 'Textiles to ideas' highlights how creativity and technology are at the center of the proposals presented by companies: an assortment capable of satisfying even the most demanding requests; a unique know-how and difficult to imitate for a range of choices that will satisfy the most demanding buyers.
Le 79 companies participants have demonstrated that they have these characteristics, having passed the rigorous controls of the event and certifying that they have solid production capacity and style offices capable of presenting innovative and cutting-edge fabrics.
At Proposte 2024 the expansion of the exhibitor parterre and the renewed collaboration with Comocrea – which gives rise to functional synergies in the supply chain with the presence of the best international textile designers – have led to the use of all the available surface area of the exhibition centre.
In this edition, the elegance of the customized seats that the exhibitors have expressly created will be discovered: an exhibition that will leave the stands and wind inside the Central Pavilion which will showcase the upholstered furniture that the companies have been able to interpret and cover.
Outside it will be possible to discover exclusive fabrics designed for outdoor spaces, characterized by solid qualities of resistance to atmospheric agents. Finally, the collaboration with theICE agency will bring 51 selected buyers from 15 countries to Villa Erba, with global geographical coverage: Australia, China, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, France, Japan, Jordan, India, Slovenia, Spain, United States, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey and Hungary.
